Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best senior caregivers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of quality in home living assistance and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
When I became a Comfort Keeper seven years ago, the first issue was to obtain our GA license # 110-R-0589 to provide Non-Medical in Home Care. It was my Mission and still is to "Exceed the Expectation" of our Customers and clients. We are so very blessed with wonderful Employee's. We only hire Certified Nurse Assistants (they are also licensed by GA) to provide "Loving Care" for Adults in their Home. All of our employees are Insured and Bonded for the Care of our client.
I love the model of Comfort Keepers, the customer/client decides the services needed and they know the cost "up front". Services can be a few hours a day or 24/7 "Live In" care.
Our Employees are trained to assist with Alzheimer's, Dementia, MDS, ALS, Parkinson and MS.
We services all of West Georgia including Powder Springs, Hiram, Dallas, Villa Rica, Douglasville, Carrollton, and Bremen.

Cindy started her career with Comfort Keepers in 2013. Her mission is to help seniors live safe and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. The time that she takes to get to know the caregivers and match them with clients goes without saying what a caring person she is. A few of Cindys duties include Finance and Office Administration, Scheduler for client/caregiver, Human Resources as well as Payroll. She oversees the operation of our online scheduling software that has the technology to let her know when our Comfort Keeper caregiver arrives and departs the clients home. She does setup of new clients, as well as the continuity of services for all established clients. Cindy processes and works closely with VA to insure our veterans are getting the care they need. If she is not busy in our office she could be out taking gifts to our clients.
